Sales Support Manager - Automotive OEM Accessories

Location: Plano, Texas | Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in office

Base Salary: $125,000-$145,000, plus bonus and benefits

Employment: Full-time

Help bring new automotive accessories from supplier concept to OEM launch. An established automotive manufacturer's representative is seeking a Sales Support Manager to partner with Account Managers, suppliers, and major vehicle manufacturers. You'll combine customer insight, product knowledge, and project coordination to move opportunities forward.

What you'll do

Support Account Managers in developing sales strategies and presenting products to automotive OEM customers.
Learn suppliers' products and capabilities, then tailor presentations to different customer teams.
Work with suppliers through customer product development processes, tracking timelines and deliverables.
Analyze vehicle offerings, product positioning, and market data to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with Marketing on sales materials and help onboard new suppliers and customers.
Anticipate program or supply challenges, help resolve issues, and report progress to management.

What you'll bring

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, industrial technology, or a related field.
At least five years of relevant automotive industry experience , ideally involving OEM customers, accessories, supplier coordination, or product development.
Strong presentation, relationship-building, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn business systems.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local customer visits.
