Head of Sales & Business Operations

Responsible for translating sales priorities into clear processes, tools, insights, and execution plans that improve field readiness, sales productivity, and revenue growth. Serves as a business partner to sales leadership and field teams, representing Sales on cross-functional initiatives and coordinating the development, rollout, and adoption of programs that strengthen commercial execution.

Lead the development and execution of national sales campaigns, sales contests, service launches, and other strategic sales programs, including field readiness, supporting resources, communications, and follow-through.

Partner with sales leadership and field teams to identify barriers, gather feedback, and translate business needs into practical process, tool, and program improvements.

Gather and analyze customer feedback, Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights, and field input to identify trends, improve customer experience, and support commercial strategy and sales initiatives.

Represent Sales on cross-functional projects and customer-impacting initiatives, communicating objectives, progress, risks, field needs, and next steps to key stakeholders.

Develop sales playbooks, best practices, presentations, proposals, and field-facing resources that support consistent execution and customer readiness.

Coordinate cross-functional support for new service launches, ensuring customer requirements, timelines, and sell-in readiness are met

Support Salesforce adoption and improvement by defining field requirements, recommending enhancements, reinforcing best practices, and partnering with system owners on solutions that improve sales productivity.

Monitor sales program participation, adoption, and results, using available data and field feedback to provide actionable recommendations and support ongoing problem solving.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and other business partners to align priorities and execute sales initiatives that support growth and customer needs.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales project or program management, sales operations, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting field sales teams.
• Experience supporting CRM adoption, sales process improvements, national sales programs, or service launches.

Experience in automotive services, collision repair, or related industry.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.

Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.

May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to department or middle management.

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.

Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
