Benefits and Features :

$600,000 guaranteed base salary
$600,000 $800,000+ total potential with uncapped wRVU incentive
Call pay: $600 weekday / $2,000 weekend
$100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year 2)

Job/Practice Description:

Otolaryngologist- ENT
Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
Welcome residents, fellows and experienced physicians
Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.)
Onsite, comprehensive audiology team with 1 ENT physician, 3 audiologists and 2 audiology technicians
Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call
24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management of common ENT conditions
Surgery block time in three OR locations (Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital and the Findlay Surgery Center)
Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do!
Average of 25-30 patients/day in clinic with emphasis on full-service, comprehensive ENT care
Schedule is typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week, but physicians have significant input into their practice patterns, schedules and patient volumes
Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship
50% General ENT / 50% Subspecialty Focus
Current physician practicing general ENT with a focus on sinus surgery
Potential Areas of Focus: Head & Neck Oncology, Otology / Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, Laryngology / Voice

Profile Background:

Board Certified / Board Eligible OtolaryngologistENT
Ability to hold an Ohio State License
