Security Preparedness Manager – Global Corporate Security Responsible for executing highly complex and sensitive corporate security activities essential to protecting the safety of employees and bank facilities, including: Conducting elevated security exercises and red team assessments Conducting threat and vulnerability assessments within the risk framework Providing oversight of Video Systems Management, ATM security, Physical Identity Access Management and Security Systems Credential Management Managing Life Safety program implementation across a broad geography Driving enterprise readiness for critical events through training, exercises, and red team programs (simulated adversary exercises to test defenses and response) Conducting security reviews of critical facilities and leading Threat Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) across the global footprint Leading after‑action reviews to strengthen response and continuously improve capabilities Conducting threat assessments to mitigate risk of workplace violence and other safety and security threats Partnering on development of threat management and workplace violence training Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in corporate security, risk management, or security preparedness, ideally within a large, complex organization Proven ability to conduct threat and vulnerability assessments, including workplace violence risk mitigation Experience designing and delivering security training programs, exercises, and simulations (e.g., red team or adversarial testing) Strong knowledge of enterprise security systems, including video systems, access management, and credentialing controls Experience leading or supporting life safety programs and emergency preparedness initiatives across multiple locations Ability to conduct security reviews of critical facilities and translate findings into actionable mitigation strategies Strong background in incident analysis and after‑action reviews, with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex security challenges Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting to stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across functions Demonstrated experience in policy, procedure, and risk framework adherence and management Strong decision‑making capabilities in high‑pressure or sensitive situations Track record of driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives High level of professional judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive security matters Key Skills Customer and Client Focus Problem Solving Reporting Risk Management Written Communications Active Listening Analytical Thinking Critical Thinking Decision Making Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management Change Management Collaboration Continuous Improvement Innovative Thinking Stakeholder Management Shift & Hours 1st shift.
