What you’ll do

•    Maintain the grounds across the campus

•    Remove weeds and care for landscaping, mulch, and flower beds

•    Complete work orders assigned by the Director of Maintenance

•    Operate general groundskeeping equipment safely

•    Follow safety procedures and report any hazards you spot

What you need

•    No education or certification required

•    Two years of groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required

•    Comfortable operating general groundskeeping equipment

•    A dependable, friendly approach around residents, families, and visitors

Physical requirements

•    Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds

•    Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and squatting

•    Regular twisting, bending, and gripping

•    Outdoor work in extreme heat and in dusty areas, with possible exposure to chemical or respiratory hazards
