Entry Level Associate Neurophysiologist (Cincinnati, OH)

NuVasive Clinical Services seeks an entry-level neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgical procedures in the Cincinnati area. The role involves monitoring patients' nervous systems in real-time, collaborating with surgical teams, and maintaining monitoring equipment in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient medical history and consult with surgeons on structures at risk
• Monitor and communicate nervous system data to surgical team during procedures
• Display and analyze waveforms including latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure accurate data collection
• Complete documentation, prepare IOM logs, and maintain neuromonitoring equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• CNIM eligibility via ABRET pathway
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology preferred
