Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Amergis Locum Tenens
Position Highlights:
- Occupational Medicine only (no primary care or urgent care duties)
- Conduct surveillance exams, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and return-to-work assessments
- Review qualification exams for employees in regulated exposure environments
- Participate in workplace injury investigations and plant walk-throughs
- Collaborate with safety teams, plant leadership, and key stakeholders
- Low-volume setting with 8 or fewer patient encounters per day
- Autonomous practice with RN support on-site
Requirements:
- Board-Certified NP (FNP or Adult NP)
- Active Michigan license
- BLS certification
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or independent Primary Care experience
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred
- Leadership experience required
