Prior Experience: Began her career with Northwestern Mutual as an AFR supporting a successful female advisor. She has also held a role on the Network Office team and now operates with both an advisor and leadership contract. Prior to NM, Sophia worked for three years at the University of Louisville College of Business after completing her MBA, and before that served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy. Passionate About: Sophia enjoys spending time with her close family and being outdoors. A farm girl at heart, she has a deep love for animals, especially dogs, cats, and horses, and enjoys working outside, hiking, and spending time on the farm. Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships.
