Engage with patients through two-way audio to provide immediate redirection, comfort, and clear instructions that ensure their well-being. Alert the clinical nursing staff instantly to any changes in a patient's condition or behavior, serving as the first line of defense in an emergency. Document detailed observations of patient activity and safety status to provide the care team with an accurate, real-time record of the patient's journey. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional preferences we're seeking Healthcare experience preferred.
