Overwrap Line Lead Join Millennium Print Group as an Overwrap Line Lead! Millennium Print Group (MPG) is seeking an experienced Overwrap Line Lead to support high‑volume manufacturing operations on our production floor. This is a senior‑level, non‑supervisory role ideal for a hands‑on manufacturing leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: 12 hr, (2,2,3,2) Night and Day Availability Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + overtime eligibility + full benefits package What You’ll Do: Provide daily guidance, mentoring, and on‑the‑job training to overwrap line operators Support safe, efficient overwrap production operations while meeting quality and delivery standards Assist team members with troubleshooting common overwrap line issues, including film feed, sealing, and wrapping adjustments Serve as a key point of contact for daily production activities and elevate issues as needed Support onboarding and ongoing development of assigned personnel Coordinate with Quality and Training teams to maintain consistent production standards Ensure adherence to job jacket instructions, standard work, and quality requirements Monitor production output to reduce waste, rework, and downtime Promote and enforce safety, housekeeping, and security protocols on the production floor Support compliance with ISO 9001, QMS procedures, and company policies What You’ll Bring: High School diploma or equivalent required 4+ years of manufacturing experience; prior experience as a working lead preferred Experience in overwrap, packaging, converting, or similar manufacturing operations preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with ISO 9001 environments and manufacturing quality systems Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written work instructions How You Will Be Successful: Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Model safe work practices and ensure high‑quality production output Building Relationships: Support and mentor team members while partnering with supervisors and support teams Challenging the Expected: Identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste Integrity and Respect: Lead by example and promote accountability and professionalism on the floor Why Join MPG?
