Locations: Houston, TX / Jersey City, NJ and Jacksonville, FL

Job Type: FTE

Solid understanding of code related to Java, Net, Python, Scala, Node JS, JavaScript and specialized subject matter expertise in the CI/CD tools combined with latest tech stack knowledge related to Cloud programming, Terraform, AWS or GCP or Azure or OpenShift.

Provide in-depth problem analysis of application system errors and performance issues.

Proactive application stability analysis, investigate performance concerns, system errors, improve maintenance processes, automation and resolution of open issues.

Ownership of problem root cause analysis and remediation.

Chronic issue investigation for critical application issues.

Lead proactive monitoring, review and implementation.

On call support for production releases.

Have hands on experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence, Ansible Tower, Digitals XLR testing tools like TOSCA, QTest, Octane and RedHat Openshift Containers and work with development community to triage and troubleshoot code related issues and platform issues and find root cause and correction action thereafter. Quick understanding of any code and troubleshooting techniques is a must for this role. Remember users are developers and in order to help them this support role should be able to understand the issues they would encounter and provide solution.

Have hands on experience with creation of playbook automation tasks. Perform application installation, maintenance and integration with other CI tools like Jenkins, Sonarqube, Bitbucket.

Expertise in Unix system scripting and knowledge on BASH, KSH.

Troubleshooting experience and determine root cause analysis.

Good understanding of Oracle and or Postgres database.
