Quality Assurance Engineer - RF-SMART for NetSuite We exist to transform our customers and change lives. Who We're Looking For RF-SMART is seeking a QA Engineer to test enterprise‑grade software in a fast-paced scrum development team at our US East Office in Jacksonville, FL. The QA Engineer role encompasses testing and documentation. After Software Developers complete their tasks, Quality Assurance Engineers test the software, using a variety of tools and reports to compare the software to user requirements. They ensure that the software functions according to those requirements and, after testing, recommend changes and improvements for software. They work with developers to implement changes and retest as needed. What You'll Do Develop and execute software test plans Identify and facilitate issue resolution with functional and technical groups Document and communicate test results Test alongside DevOps initiatives to shift-left in testing approach NetSuite and Supply Chain/Warehousing knowledge is a big plus What You Bring BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience 3–5 years of experience testing in an Agile environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Jira and X-ray experience or similar tooling Ability to write automation tests with training Understanding of Playwright, Puppeteer, and/or Jasmine testing frameworks Fast learner and hard worker Experience with NetSuite and Supply Chain/Warehousing knowledge, or other WMS systems What To Expect Initial Call with our Talent Acquisition Team Hiring Manager Interview with Sr QA Manager Cross Functional Team Panel Interview with Agile Delivery Specialist, Developers, Product Owner Executive Interview with AVP of Product Engineering Why You’ll Love It Here Working at RF-SMART means joining a culture that values growth, collaboration, and innovation.
