What we’re looking for Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, PsyD (verifiable by the BBS). Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, MFT, or related field. Clinical experience treating mental health, trauma, eating disorders, and/or addictions; comfort managing complex clinical cases. Strong assessment, case conceptualization, treatment-planning, and therapeutic alliance skills. Ability to lead or co-facilitate groups and to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Desire for ongoing learning, clinical skill development, and contribution to program growth. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy and facilitate group psychotherapy. Participate as an integral member of treatment teams for day treatment and intensive outpatient programs. Contribute to case consultation, treatment planning, and quality clinical documentation.
