About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations, ensuring the organization's fiscal health and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with executive leadership to align financial goals with organizational objectives, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and managing relationships with financial institutions to ensure compliance with regulations. The CFO will also provide strategic advice on equity, debt structures, and resource allocation, and will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets. Key responsibilities for the CFO include setting and monitoring profitability targets, overseeing billing cycles, collections, and shareholder distributions, and preparing and presenting financial reports to executive leadership and committees. The role requires a minimum of 15 years' of experience in financial leadership, with a preference for 20 years', and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CPA certification is preferred, and proficiency in Aderant or Elite software is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
