We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation based on each candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.Employees are eligible for the following benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHealth Savings AccountLife Insurance with Optional Supplemental PlanPet InsuranceShort-Term Paid Disability401(k) Retirement Plan with Vested Company Match ContributionPaid Time Off (PTO)10 Paid HolidaysHealth Advocacy ProgramsWhat You'll Do:Receive, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areasOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environmentLoad and unload shipments while verifying quantities, documentation, and product conditionSupport inventory accuracy through cycle counts, ERP transactions, and material reconciliation activitiesEnsure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored according to GMP and safety standardsCoordinate material movement with Production, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing operationsPrepare materials for production batches and ensure timely delivery to manufacturing linesMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with cGMP, SOP, and safety requirementsAssist with shipping, receiving, palletizing, wrapping, and staging activities as neededPerform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptlySupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safetyComplete all required documentation accurately and in real time using ERP and warehouse management systemsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or GMP-regulated environment preferredMinimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting requiredExperience operating sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectivelyFamiliarity with ERP systems, inventory transactions, and warehouse documentation processesStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain inventory accuracy and follow procedures consistentlyAbility to work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teamsBasic understanding of warehouse safety practices, GMP standards, and material handling proceduresStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
