Starting pay up to $18.50 an hour based on shift with a $1,000 sign on bonus.


Job Overview: Operates dish machine, cleans floors and kitchen equipment, stocks kitchenware in food outlets. Applies high guest service standards.

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do:

• Operates dish machine and maintains racks and dish storage.
• Cleans floors and light kitchen equipment. Removes trash and cleans coolers.
• Delivers and stocks plates, glasses, pots and pans for all restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Maintains loading dock area (Little Six Casino) / Assists in Banquets by cleaning or moving kitchen equipment.(Mystic Lake Casino Hotel)

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
