This position may also assist with food prep when needed. Responsible for supporting the Companys mission, vision, and values by providing an unparalleled experience of fun and entertainment./ppOvernight Hours: 8pm - 4am/ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliLead by example./liliResponsible for maintaining a high degree of hospitality, as well as a positive and professional demeanor at all times./liliCreates high levels of morale, fosters teamwork, inspires collaboration, and provides suggestions for growth to management./liliResponsible for properly washing and storing of dishware (pots, pans, plates, cups, and etc.) and routinely cleaning the dish-room./liliAssist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness including but not limited to the cleaning of equipment as well as general tasks such as wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors./liliEnsure that proper sanitation procedures are followed at all time./liliAssist kitchen staff with basic food prep and putting away orders./liliAdherence to safety protocols is required./liliExpected to assist in all areas of Food Beverage Department when needed./liliMaintain dish washing machine, proper chemical levels, as well as machines water cleanliness./liliRoutinely test machine to ensure proper temperatures are being reached./liliEmpty trash and recycle containers regularly./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliMinimum of 16 years of age./liliCanterbury Park conducts pre-employment screening for all positions which includes a criminal background check (over 18 years of age) and verification of work history./liliMust be able to attain a Minnesota Racing Commission (MRC) license./li/ulpWorking Conditions and General Requirements:/pulliFlexibility of schedule is required.
