Responsible for supporting the Companys mission, vision, and values by providing an unparalleled experience of fun and entertainment./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliRefills all hot and cold items on the buffet./liliProvides support to the catering attendant 1 2s with the event./liliPays attention to quality and freshness of food by changing the pans as required./liliEnsures that all equipment is clean and in proper working condition. Floors equipment need to be cleaned daily./liliTransports all dirty utensils and serving pans to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning./liliHandle all food items according to health department guidelines./liliMaintain prompt and courteous customer service to all guests./liliPerform all other duties as assigned./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliMust be at least 16 years of age./liliMust have an outgoing personality./liliMust be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task./liliMust be able to pass Canterbury Parks pre-employment screening which includes a criminal background check and verification of work history./liliMust be able to attain a Minnesota Racing Commission (MRC) license./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliPrevious customer service experience./liliPrevious catering or food beverage experience./li/ulpWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:/pulliMaintain a flexible working schedule, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays./liliWhile performing the essential functions of this job, this position requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling or climbing stairs./liliRequires doing repetitive hand and wrist movements./liliMust be able to lift up to 10 pounds./liliThis position sometimes involves working outdoors in all weather conditions./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
