Associate Vice President - Information Security

We are important to supporting our firm's diverse businesses, and we are excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we add more experienced technologists to our Technology team.The Opportunity:The Associate Vice President – Information Security works in the office and oversees operations of teams responsible for the Information Security Vulnerability Management function, protecting the confidentiality, availability and integrity of systems and data. You will develop procedures for identifying, reporting, and resolving security violations and implements information security programs following organizational information security standards. You will report to the Vice President of Information Security.The Day-to-Day:Manage Vulnerability Management, DevSecOps, Penetration Testing, and Configuration Management within a broader departmental function across multiple teams related to Information Security at our organizationCreate information security strategies and specific goals for the teams and develop budgets and procedures to support the functional infrastructureBuild top performing teams through hiring and mentoring practicesDevelop relevant metrics for department managementCreate and present security related information to various levels of internal and external audienceManage security and risk related projects, including resource planning, identifying and addressing roadblocks and escalatingStay current on cyber-security issues, translating to risk, and formulating appropriate response plansRepresent the Information Security Department to technical and business internal departments and external entitiesWork onsite, under management, in a team-based and open office environmentYour Qualifications:10 years experience in a relevant area of Information Security3+ years of Leadership experience managing technical teamsAI-Driven Vulnerability Assessment experienceIn-depth knowledge of Information Security and related cyber security risks and controlsWork experience within a regulated IndustryProject management experience including AgileElicit cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departmentsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
