Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work comfortably while still making a significant difference in the lives of our clients. Our organization leverages modern telehealth platforms to maintain effective communication and therapy sessions with elderly patients. With a regular work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, you will enjoy a well-structured work routine that facilitates a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific emotional and therapeutic needs.

• Provide individual counseling sessions tailored to each client's circumstances, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address challenges related to anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on topics important to the senior population, such as coping with loss, enhancing social connections, and managing stress related to life changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on elderly individuals, addressing their mental health concerns within the context of aging. This includes working with clients dealing with the complexities of life transitions, bereavement, and cognitive decline. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
