They are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their growing practice and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including business torts, contract disputes, securities litigation, and international arbitration

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions

• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial

• Handle federal and state court proceedings

• Work closely with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and case management plans

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience

• Exceptional writing, analytical, and research skills

• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage cases independently

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, given the firm’s cross-border work, but not required

• Previous experience at a litigation-focused law firm is preferred
