Our client, a premier law firm located in the heart of Miami, specializes in complex business and commercial litigation. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele, addressing intricate business disputes with practical and innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of complex business and corporate disputes from inception through resolution, including contract disputes, business torts, and real estate litigation.
- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Court Representation: Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Client Interaction: Provide strategic legal advice to clients, maintaining regular communication to inform them of case developments and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Experience: 2 + years of experience in business litigation, with a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent research and writing skills, and effective oral advocacy.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
