Job Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of complex business and corporate disputes from inception through resolution, including contract disputes, business torts, and real estate litigation.
• Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Court Representation: Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
• Client Interaction: Provide strategic legal advice to clients, maintaining regular communication to inform them of case developments and strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with partners and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experience: 2 + years of experience in business litigation, with a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent research and writing skills, and effective oral advocacy.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
