Hoa & Covenant Litigation Attorney
A well-established law firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join its HOA litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong litigator who enjoys handling substantive disputes, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of matters from inception through resolution. Prior HOA or community association experience is a plus, but not required for the right litigation attorney.
What You'll Do

Handle HOA, community association, and covenant-related litigation from inception through resolution
Handle disputes involving covenants, restrictions, declarations, assessments, and community association governance
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance to clients and community associations
Manage an active caseload while working closely with attorneys and support staff
What We're Looking For

Strong civil litigation experience; HOA or community association experience is preferred but not required
Experience with real estate, property, covenant, contract, or other related disputes is a plus
Ability to manage litigation matters independently and take ownership of cases
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong oral advocacy and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple matters, deadlines, and client relationships
Licensed and in good standing with the FL Bar
