GSOC Supervisor Location: Dallas Metro – Plano Area What You’ll Do Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). Monitor and assess real‑time security threats, incidents, and emerging risks. Lead and develop a team of security operators to maintain a proactive security posture. Coordinate emergency response efforts and communicate effectively with key stakeholders. Implement and enhance security protocols, leveraging the latest technology. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement communications center, emergency response, or a related field. Prior experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or Security Operations Center (SOC) environment is highly desirable. 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a security‑related role. Experience in incident management and crisis response coordination. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, especially under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with stakeholders, law enforcement, and executive leadership. Proficiency in security monitoring systems, access control, surveillance technologies (CCTV, intrusion detection, alarm systems). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, security software, and reporting tools. Typing speed of 55–65 WPM. Leadership & Communication Strong team management and leadership abilities to oversee GSOC/SOC personnel. Ability to develop training programs, conduct security drills, and educate staff on security protocols. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security operations. Strong report writing and documentation skills for security incidents and compliance audits. Work with IT teams to maintain and enhance security technologies. Continuously improve security protocols, response strategies, and risk mitigation procedures. Compensation & Schedule Salary: $54,080.00 per year. Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Additional $50.00 bonus for holding a Texas Guard Card at hire (after 90‑day probation).
