Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business. **Location:** Indianapolis, IN**Schedule:** Monday - Friday6:00am - 2:30pm**Pay Details:** $25.00/hour **Key Responsibilities:** * Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.* Coordinates shipment movement activities with internal teams, network offices, agents, airlines, and service partners to support timely transit and delivery execution.* Processes shipment data, status updates, and operational records in applicable systems to maintain accuracy, traceability, and shipment visibility.* Monitors active shipments and communicates delays, exceptions, and routing issues to relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution and continuity of service.* Verifies shipment documentation, tracking details, and transaction records to support compliance with transportation requirements and internal procedures.* Maintains information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation partners to support aligned execution and responsive issue handling.* Reviews operational trends and recurring shipment issues and provides recommendations to improve workflow, service consistency, and data accuracy.* Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain operational continuity across scheduled service periods.**Education:** * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. **Work Experience:** * 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking, customer service operations, or a related field required.* Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or equivalent certification preferred.# ******What Cencora offers******We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
