Essential Functions Serves as Regional Office Receptionist Answers all incoming calls and screens callers to determine nature of request, many of which may be hostile Greets visitors and directs walk-ins to appropriate offices and resources Orders and distributes forms from Central Stores Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school Requires 2 years of office experience Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 45 wpm Why Work for Illinois?
