Producer

The Producer role at Infinite balances several projects at once, has a good working knowledge of the agency services and process, and helps plan and lead photoshoots and events to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Build, assist, manage and protect budgets Plan up to and including pre-production Manage relationships with vendors such as photographers, caterers, stylists, experiential planners, and production companies Source, hire and manage relationships with content creators including scheduling and billing Manage talent, talent agencies and casting Manage relationships with brand and project managers to keep the project moving in a timely and efficient fashion Gather and return required materials for upcoming shoots and activations including props, equipment, food and location Manage set experience such as checking in talent, liaison for client, and AD duties Organize and manage internal props, costumes and gear Contribute to, act as or manage Production Assistant roles and responsibilities Requirements Existing relationships with vendors, talent and talent agencies Strong attention to detail managing multiple processes and projects simultaneously Working knowledge of budget system Ability to effectively project budgets for including but not limited to, production, vendor, locations, talent, production team, etc. Be a team player and work hand in hand with other departments Ability to lead teams by being example of promptness, timeliness, organization and attitude Ability to own and protect projects within budget #J-18808-Ljbffr The Infinite Agency
