The Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Hotel's machinery, equipment, building, fixtures and facilities, execution for preventive maintenance, to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department and to perform all preventive, breakdown maintenance and repair of all M&E services and building works. Our Expectations: Operate and maintain the Mechanical and Electrical equipment in the building to ensure smooth operation. Perform general maintenance and repairs such as painting, patching walls, plumbing facilities, and electrical works and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Execute the Planned Preventive Maintenance programmed (PPM) schedule are implemented and carry out according to schedule. Perform checks and inspections to all plant machinery and equipment. Record all inspection and comments in the forms as provided. Respond and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure guests receive quality service in accordance to Pan Pacific Hotel Group’s service delivery standards. Assist in the implementation of utilities conservation measures and takes initiative to achieve agreed target reduction set. Record use of Engineering stock and inform supervisor on low level whenever occurs to contribute to an effective inventory control system.
