I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm claims. Insurance has deep roots in my family - both my father and grandfather were agents, making me a proud third-generation State Farm agent. Our agency is committed to supporting the local community and building lasting relationships with the customers we serve. That same sense of connection carries into our office, where we value taking care of one another and working together toward shared goals. As an Account Associate for Jeff Mossman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
