In this role, you will guide capital projects from planning through closeout, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional ready to strengthen their leadership capabilities while delivering organized, responsive, and high-quality project solutions.What You'll Do:Lead capital projects from planning through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectivesServe as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and proactively resolving project challengesDevelop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies in collaboration with technical teamsManage project financials, contracts, subcontractors, and key documentation throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate project meetings, communicate progress, and keep stakeholders aligned and informedCoordinate project resources and implement project controls, quality processes, and safety requirementsSupport proposal development and help identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand project workWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or a related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensureMinimum of 7 years of industry experience required, including at least 4 years of project management experienceExpert knowledge of project engineering and/or construction principles and schedules requiredDemonstrated experience managing client relationships and interpreting client contract requirementsExperience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and close out documentation requiredProven ability to manage project accounting processes (budgeting, forecasts, and cash management)Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Deltek Vision preferredAbility to solve problems with urgency and independently drive initiatives from concept to completion while overseeing multiple projectsAbility to inspire, motivate, and build relationships in a team environment with a primary focus on collaborationExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt style for various audiencesAbility to travel as needed requiredConsulting industry experience highly preferredProfessional licensure preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Take ownership of capital projects and see your work progress from early planning through successful completionPartner directly with clients, technical professionals, and project teams to solve challenges and keep work moving forwardExpand your project leadership experience while managing schedules, financial performance, quality, and project deliveryCurious about the impactful work our PMCM team is doing?
