Overview We are looking for an experienced On-Site Project Manager to lead field execution for hyperscale data center projects in Spur and Haskell, TX. This person will be the point of accountability for day-to-day construction operations. Location On-site in Spur, TX or Haskell, TX (full-time presence required) Project Details Ground-up hyperscale data centers 2 buildings per site 805,000 SF per building 204 MW per building Construction: July 2026 - December 2028 Key Responsibilities Lead on-site execution of large-scale data center construction Manage schedule, subcontractors, and daily site operations Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met Coordinate closely with design team, client, and inspectors Drive subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable to milestones Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution Manage RFIs, change orders, and field coordination Identify and mitigate risks impacting schedule or budget Qualifications 8-15+ years of construction project management experience Strong background in mission critical, data center, or large industrial builds Experience managing large-scale, fast-track projects Proven leadership on-site with ability to drive teams and hold accountability Strong working knowledge of scheduling, cost controls, and field coordination Comfortable operating in a high-visibility, high-demand client environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $120.00/hr.
