Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnosing patient needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans that emphasize their specific goals and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving techniques.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, and addiction specialists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Monitor patient progress towards treatment objectives systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Support psychotropic medication management by collaborating with medical providers, focusing on compliance and addressing any medication-related side effects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Inner Healthcare Clinic, you will work primarily with clients undergoing detoxification and seeking mental health support. Your role will involve empathizing with a diverse population, providing therapeutic interventions to individuals struggling with addiction, mental health issues, and other social challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
