Commissioning Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical commissioning activities across data center projects. Coordinate commissioning teams, electrical contractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders. Develop commissioning plans, schedules, test scripts, and project documentation. Oversee L1–L5 testing, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing. Track progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and client requirements. Requirements 5+ years of commissioning/project management experience. Strong electrical engineering, construction, or commissioning background . Data center / mission-critical experience strongly preferred. Experience with LV/MV electrical systems, switchgear, UPS, generators, ATS, EPMS, and related infrastructure. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Must be based within approximately 50 miles of Richmond, VA or willing to commit to relocation or commute.
