Empathy-Driven Member Support Specialist

BECU

BECU seeks a Contact Center Associate to support members with 70–100 inbound calls daily, delivering high-quality service and meeting KPIs. You’ll navigate 15–20 systems to resolve inquiries and escalations while upholding BECU’s service standards. Candidates must reside in WA, OR, or ID, and complete in‑house training. Flexibility to work evenings, nights or weekends is required, with remote training Monday–Friday PST. #J-18808-Ljbffr BECU
