Description Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Analysis & Integration Sr SME in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). Our talented team is at the forefront in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management. Responsibilities Portfolio Management Experience – Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and services. Strategic Planning Experience – support the evolution of the sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities. Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision‑making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues. Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior‑level executives. Communicate technical topics in a non‑technical manner to senior‑level audiences. Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities. Qualifications TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required. Requires BS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience; a Doctorate in a technical domain is acceptable. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements. Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills. Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline. Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution discipline. Knowledge of key performance indicators. Strong analytical competence, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills. Provide appropriate audience‑written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Work with seniors in diverse, fast‑paced, multi‑task environment managing competing priorities. Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Develop program assessment processes and methodologies. Track, report key progress on, and analyze cost, schedule, risk and performance. Monitor investment compliance. Develop business cases, concepts of operations, and memoranda agreements. Monitor, forecast, evaluate, and assess programmatic trends and relationships. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Develop integration and transition plans. Conduct quality reviews of products and services. Account for technology asset lifecycle costs and risks. Predict and analyze time and cost outcomes. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $116,350.00 – $210,325.00 Paid Time Off, 11 paid holidays. 401(k) with a 6% company match and immediate vesting.
