Twain's specialty finance products include predevelopment, bridge, and commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) lending.This position will work closely with the Managing Partner and third-party professionals to develop a strong pipeline of new business and investment opportunities. The SVP will serve as the primary person responsible for implementing the origination and growth strategy of the company, cultivating strategic relationships with real estate developers, brokers, financial institutions, and equity and debt funds.Key responsibilities include leading the preparation and negotiation of project-level term sheets, developing detailed cash flow models to evaluate prospective investment opportunities, supporting initial review, underwriting, and execution of transactions, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal underwriting, project management, and asset management teams.Twain Capital Partners operates in partnership with Twain Financial Partners and has a dedicated focus on financing commercial real estate assets during all phases of development, working closely with financial institutions, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals to structure investments that offer both attractive economic return and social benefits.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
