Product Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering market requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Monitor product performance and recommend improvements. Develop product specifications, user stories, and business requirements. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of product releases and updates. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product success metrics. Required Skills Experience with market research and data analysis. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or Master's Degree is preferred but not required. Product Management certifications are a plus. Experience 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, or a related field.
