Training Schedule: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (3-5 weeks)
Regular Schedule After Training: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and issues with a positive approach
- Process product samples and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up as needed
