Looking to grow your career in insurance sales? Farmers Insurance – Denver District Headquarters is hiring an Insurance Sales Consultant for our team in ​​7935 East Prentice Ave, Suite 302W Greenwood Village, CO 80111 .

This full-time role is designed for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales. You will work closely with an experienced team, develop product knowledge, strengthen your sales and client relationship skills, and help clients protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.

Compensation:

• Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions
• Fixed Compensation: $50,000 base salary

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features
• Assist with quoting, policy changes, renewals, and account updates
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or recommend additional coverage based on client needs
• Follow up with leads, clients, and policyholders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system
• Support the team in delivering a strong client experience while working toward sales and performance goals
• Continue learning product knowledge, coverage options, and agency processes through hands-on training

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable learning CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Professional, coachable, and motivated to grow in a performance-driven environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred if required for the role
