What You'll Do:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options
• Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals
• Assist in developing and maintaining a digital marketing system to promote the agency and grow the business

Who We're Looking For:

• Sales experience in outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Passion for marketing insurance and financial products tailored to customer needs
• People-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused
• Skilled at assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews
• Ability to clearly explain complex financial and insurance topics in simple terms
• Knowledge of financial services, life, health, and living benefits products
• Must hold current Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
