Responsibilities

Identify and engage with new individuals and local businesses to provide comprehensive insurance protection.

Analyze the specific needs of potential clients to craft insurance solutions that provide actual peace of mind.

Lead by example, sharing knowledge and successful strategies to help your colleagues improve their own sales performance.

Maintain regular check-ins with your existing book of business to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.

Participate in local community events and networking groups to represent The Atlantic District and build meaningful connections.

Collaborate with agency leadership to track sales goals and refine our outreach approach.

Requirements

Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.

Demonstrated ability to mentor others and grow a sales pipeline.

Strong organizational skills for managing client relationships and administrative tasks.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication style.

Familiarity with standard CRM systems and digital productivity suites.

Residency in or near the Annapolis area.
