High School Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in a production operator role. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, safety instructions, and technical documents. Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, and noisy environments. Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
