Maintenance Technician

Maintenance WorkerApartment community in Lowell seeking a hands on and energetic maintenance worker. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, dependable and have a proven track record of results. Under direction, will assist in the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be willing to work overtime and perform snow removal as well as be available for on-call coverage.Position Responsibilities:· clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds· ensure that vacant units are turned over in a timely fashion· grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal· paint building interiors and associated prep-work· miscellaneous carpentry repairs· minor appliance repairs· repair or replace plumbing fixtures· change locksFull and comprehensive benefits, including Medical and Dental, Time Off, and 401(k) with Match.
