Job Summary:

Provide specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment, ensuring timely assessment and treatment of acute conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival to determine priority of care.
  
  
• 
  Implement and monitor emergency treatment plans in accordance with established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care instructions.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Active Registered Nurse license with at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
  
  
• 
  Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and ability to act swiftly under pressure.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-stress environment.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
