Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 13165
Pay: $759 – $865/week
Contract Duration:
05/26/2026 – 08/29/2026 (13 weeks )
Schedule:
Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
5x7.5-hour shifts
Day & Night shifts as needed per schedule
Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Holidays required
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, positioning
Maintain resident safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring
Support nutrition: meal setup, feeding, hydration per care plan
Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, assistive devices
Observe, report, and document resident condition changes
Maintain accurate documentation per facility protocol
Requirements
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active 1+ year)
BLS Certification ( AHA or RQI only )
Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
