About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim VP of Provider Network Management to provide executive oversight during a leadership transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the provider contracting strategy, managing network operations, and assessing organizational effectiveness. This role also involves supporting executive search efforts and requires a strong background in managed care, health plans, or payer organizations. Key responsibilities for the Interim VP include leading re-contracting efforts for physician groups, optimizing network performance, and aligning reimbursement with value-based care. The role also involves team leadership, mentoring, and establishing performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract negotiation, interim leadership, and team development, with a focus on driving strategic projects and operational efficiency. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MHA or MBA, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the relevant field, including at least 5 years in an executive-level leadership position.
