DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The La Crosse- Mayo Family Medicine Residency is seeking to add a new faculty member to our well-established and respected program. The ideal candidate will join 7 other experienced faculty members in training 18 Family Medicine residents (six per year).

Interest in doing outpatient

Inpatient care is preferred

Interest in prenatal care and labor/delivery care preferred

Opportunity to expand and develop Family Medicine research capacity based on individual interests

Inpatient coverage of Family Medicine Teaching Service patients only, all other inpatients covered by established Hospitalist program

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications: Candidates must be board certified in Family Medicine and have or able to obtain a Wisconsin Medical License. Three or more years of experience and/or experience as a faculty member would be considered a plus. Duties include full-scope outpatient family medicine, with inpatient medicine preferred. OB including deliveries (nonsurgical) are preferred but not required.
