You must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for serving those in need and an interest in serving school-aged patients (ages 6-18). The new provider will work a flexible, full-time schedule in multiple clinic locations. In PCHC main clinics, patients will be of all ages. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about practicing team-based care with excellent clinical support staff.PCHC has 13 sites that provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Schools with clinics include Central, Centennial, East, and County High Schools and Chavez Huerta K-8 Prep Academy. The newest site (East Side Clinic) opened in January 2022, and is a three story, net zero energy building which was constructed utilizing the most current solar and geothermal renewable energy techniques. Constructed in 2010, the main clinic (Colorado Avenue Clinic) is in a beautiful, three- story building and is equipped with the latest technology. There are two hospitals within five miles of both clinics.
