As a Marketing Specialist at Salla, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one of three roles:

• Social Media driving engagement by creating and managing impactful content across various platforms.
• Graphic Design developing creative and visually appealing designs to support our marketing initiatives.
• Copywriting/Technical Writing delivering compelling copy and clear technical content that strengthens brand messaging.

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance Salla's brand presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Assisting in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Helping manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
• Participating in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
