Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00/hr

Work Model: Remote (CST Hours)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.

• Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.

• Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

• Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

• Follow clearly defined procedures and tasks, as well as guidelines for decision making.

• Apply technical procedures that are well defined, working within well-established routines and procedures in the discipline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.

• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training related to customer service.

• Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in the customer service discipline.

• Ability to work within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
